- All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We make every effort to display accurate product images, colors, and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to screen display or fabric batch differences.
- Product availability is subject to stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a substitute size/color, or a refund.
3. Orders
- Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., in case of stock issues or suspected fraudulent activity).
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (name, phone number, and address) at checkout.
- An order confirmation does not guarantee availability — we will notify you promptly of any changes.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for online orders. Payment is due at the time of delivery. In-store purchases can be paid via cash or any other method available at our shop.
5. Delivery
- We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time-frame shown at checkout, though delays may occasionally occur due to courier or logistical issues beyond our control.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the order.

6. Returns & Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items and custom/altered items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering to reduce sizing-related returns.
