We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Feel free to check your order first, then pay — that is your right.

Gujranwala and nearby cities: 1–2 days. Rest of Pakistan: 2–4 working days. Once your order is dispatched, use the Track Order page to check its status anytime.

Flat Rs. 200 per order. Orders above Rs. 5,000 ship completely FREE.

No problem! Easy exchange within 7 days — just keep the item unused with tags attached. Message us on the Contact page or WhatsApp and we will guide you through it.

For online orders we offer exchanges (size or design change). If an item has a manufacturing fault, a refund is also possible — just inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Yes! Our store is located at Basement ECS, Post Office Road, Near Vaniki Chowk, Hafizabad. You are welcome to shop in person — everything on the website is available in-store too.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — message us on WhatsApp or call as soon as possible. After dispatch, you may simply refuse the parcel and it will return to us.
